We accept returns on unopened and unused skincare products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at pdcdermacare@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
If you need a different product, please place a new order once your return is accepted and processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at pdcdermacare@gmail.com.
